Steps to create a ticket

- 2 Enter the mobile number registered with us to verify the request.
- 3 Choose the request type carefully.
- 4 Describe your request clearly to help us serve you faster.
We process all complaints and requests according to our approved service level agreement. After submission, you will receive a reference number via SMS to track your ticket.
